Refund Policy
The below refund terms pertain solely to the event: Al Worden “Fly with me to the Moon”
Tickets:
2 weeks notice or more receives – 100% refund of the ticket price*.
Up to 1 week before the event – 50% refund of the ticket price*.
Less than 1 week notice – we are unable to offer any refunds on tickets purchased.
*Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.
Extras:
Book orders – No refund, but can be mailed (UK only) after the event**.
Autograph vouchers – 100% refund
Photoshoot – 100% refund
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled – full refunds will be made, less the booking fees.
** Postage fees will apply.
